Brain Training - Non-invasive Biofeedback

Brain Training with non-invasive biofeedback is a therapeutic approach that uses real-time monitoring of brain activity to improve mental focus, emotional regulation, and overall cognitive performance. By providing feedback through visual or auditory cues, it helps individuals train their brain to achieve desired states, such as relaxation or enhanced concentration, promoting better mental well-being and resilience.

Everyone’s brain processes information in different ways. Because of this unique process, results from the training are individualized. The number of sessions needed to address an issue are also individualized.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching focuses on the present and looks toward the future. As your coach, you and I are shoulder to shoulder, walking together, investigating your challenges from various perspectives then choosing the best option. I will encourage you to discover within yourself the ability to do what needs to be done next. Initial session will last for about 2 hours and every session thereafter is 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your needs at the time.
